Terms of Service
Effective October 18, 2026
These terms apply to CatalogWatchman (“the app”), operated by Keptly LLC, 7901 4th St N, Ste 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702, USA (“we”, “us”). By installing the app in your Shopify store you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
1. What the app does
CatalogWatchman reads product data from your Shopify store and from your Google Merchant Center account, compares them, and shows you differences and the issues Google reports. On the Pro plan it repeats this check once a day and sends you an email when it finds a problem, plus a monthly report.
The app is read-only. It never creates, changes or deletes anything in your store or in Merchant Center. Fixing a problem is always your decision and your action.
2. What the app does not promise
The app tells you about problems it can detect from the data Shopify and Google make available. It cannot detect every problem, it depends on those platforms working and on your connection to them staying active, and a daily check means a problem can exist for up to a day before it is noticed. Alerts are information, not advice. You remain responsible for your product data, your listings and your compliance with Google's and Shopify's policies.
3. Plans and billing
- Free: scan your catalog at any time.
- Pro: USD 19 every 30 days for the daily check, email alerts, revenue ranking and the monthly report, after a 7-day free trial. If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged.
Charges are made through Shopify's billing and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can cancel at any time by uninstalling the app or switching back to Free; the current billing period is not refunded, except where Shopify's rules or the law require it. We will announce price changes at least 30 days in advance.
4. Your account and connections
You must be authorized to connect the Shopify store and the Google account you use with the app. You can disconnect Google or uninstall the app at any time; what happens to your data then is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to access data you are not entitled to, to interfere with Shopify's or Google's services, or to try to break, copy or resell the app.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the app running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features. If we stop offering the app, we will tell you at least 30 days in advance.
7. Limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Keptly LLC is not liable for lost sales, lost profits, advertising costs, disapproved or suspended listings, or other indirect or consequential damages, including damages from a problem the app did not detect or did not report in time. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim.
8. Ending use
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if Shopify or Google stop allowing the app to access your data.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
10. Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date at the top. Material changes are announced by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
